🎄 Walk All Over Me – Christmas FAQs
1. Will my order arrive before Christmas?
Short answer: Yes; as long as you order within our recommended cut-off dates!
We paint and dispatch with fast turnaround, but couriers get a little… festive… this time of year. At checkout you’ll see three options (Standard, Express, Priority), each with their own estimated delivery windows.

2. How long is your current turnaround?
We move like elves on iced coffee during Christmas! We're currently working to a turn-around of 4 days max PLUS (not inclusive of...) transit time.
3. Do you offer Express or Priority shipping?
Absolutely!
At checkout you’ll find:

5. Can I ship my doormat directly to someone as a gift?
Yes, we love this!
We never include invoices inside parcels, and you can add a gift note at checkout that we’ll pop inside for you.
We’ll take care of the presentation, and you can take credit for being the world’s best gift-giver.
6. Can I customise a design or request something not listed?
Of course — custom is our bread and butter (or paint and coir).
Just choose a “Custom Design” listing or pop your request into the notes box at checkout.

7. Do you send a digital proof before painting?
We don’t normally send proofs unless the design is complex.
This keeps turnaround super fast and avoids delays.
If your request needs clarification, we’ll email you before painting.
8. I entered the wrong address! Can I update it?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet — yes!
Email us ASAP with the correct address.
Once a parcel is in the courier’s hands, we can’t redirect it.
9. Can I pick up from your warehouse?
We offer collections at your convenience from our warehouse in Clarskon, Perth.
10. Do your mats shed?
Our coir mats feature our exclusive anti-shed treatment - the only one of its kind in Australia!
As a natural product, tiny fibres are normal, but our treatment massively reduces shedding compared to standard mats.
It’s one of our biggest customer-loved features.
11. Are your mats good for outdoor use? How long do they last?
Yes! Our mats are designed for everyday welcome-home life.
Keep them under a sheltered entryway and they’ll last beautifully.
Sun, rain, and sandy thongs will wear any natural fibre over time, but a little care goes a long way.
12. Can I return or exchange my order?
Personalised items can’t be returned unless there’s a mistake on our end.
Non-custom designs can be returned unused — just email us within 30 days.
We’re always here to help if something feels off.
13. Are your mats safe for kids and pets?
Totally!
Our mats are made from natural coir fibres and water-resistant paints.
No nasties, just durable, hard-working, front-door fabulousness.
14. Do you offer bulk or corporate discounts?
Yes!
We’re proud suppliers for real estate agencies, settlement gifts, hotels, and corporate teams.
If you’re ordering 10+ mats, email us and we’ll create a custom quote for you.
15. My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?
Q: Where can I track my order?
As soon as your mat is shipped, you’ll get an email with your tracking link (check junk if you don’t see it!).

Q: I’m having courier issues — what should I do?
Please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
They can update you faster than we can (we’re busy painting cute mats ♥).
Q: My parcel seems delayed — can you help?
Ugh, we know delays are the worst - so sorry!
Once your mat has been handed to the courier, they’re the ones with the tracking details and delivery updates.
Please reach out to them directly using your tracking link for the quickest resolve.

If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we’ll arrange a replacement once the claim is approved - our promise. 💛
Q: My parcel says delivered but I haven't received it. What now?
Your tracking page will have a ‘Submit Parcel Enquiry/Contact Us’ option. The courier will first provide a delivery photo so you can confirm where the parcel was left.
If it’s been delivered to the wrong address, they’ll arrange for the driver to collect it and redeliver.
In the unlikely event they’re unable to recover it, we’ll of course organise a replacement once Aramex have officially confirmed the parcel as lost - though in most cases it’s a quick and straightforward fix.
We completely understand how frustrating delivery hiccups and delays can be. More than ever during Christmas. As the sender, we’re unfortunately unable to track parcels beyond the information shown in the tracking link, speed up deliveries, or contact couriers on customers’ behalf.
The courier is always best placed to investigate and resolve delivery enquiries directly. If a parcel is officially confirmed as lost by the courier, we’ll of course arrange a replacement for you.

🏠 Choosing Your Mat
Q: What’s the difference between coir and nylon mats?
Our coir mats are hand-painted in Perth and naturally textured for that warm, homey entrance vibe.
Our nylon mats are super durable, great for commercial use, printed instead of painted, and great for high-traffic areas or detailed logos.
Q: Which size should I choose?
Check our size guide for more details!
Q: Will the coir shed?
Like all coir, this natural product will shed over time. But our exclusive anti-shed sealing means it sheds WAY less than cheaper mats you’ll see online or in big stores.
Never want to think about shedding? You need a nylon mat.
✍️ Custom Designs & Logos
Q: Can I request any custom text?
Yes! Type your wording exactly how you’d like it to appear. We’ll centre and size it perfectly.
Q: Do you do custom fonts?
Yep! Drop us the font name, or upload a screenshot and we’ll match it.
Q: Can I upload my business logo?
Yes! We can work with most basic logos in black paint on coir. Upload a high-res PNG/PDF to scale, and we’ll take it from there.
If your logo has lots of colours or tiny text → our NYLON printed mats are your bestie.
Q: Can I see a design proof before you make it?
Absolutely - request a “Design Proof” in your notes section at checkout. We’ll send a digital mock-up for approval before we paint.

Q: How long does it take to receive my mat?
We work fast! Our current turnaround is always listed at the top of our website.
Want it sooner? Select Express or Priority Rush at checkout.
Q: Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes - and Standard Shipping is FREE Australia-wide 🎉
Q: Do you ship world-wide?
Yes, price is based on weight and calculated automatically at checkout.
Q: Can I pick up locally?
Yep! Perth locals can collect from our Clarkson warehouse and take $10 off with code PICKUP.

Q: How do I make my mat last longer?
Place it under cover and keep it as dry as possible.
Never shake it, always keep flat and vacuum.
Good news - our exclusive sealing helps keep your mat looking fresh longer.
Q: How long should my mat last?
With reasonable care, coir mats last 12–36 months depending on foot traffic.
We find most of our customers make their way back to use within 2.5-3 years.
Nylon printed mats can last several years.
🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Q: Can I return my mat if I change my mind?
Because each mat is custom painted to order, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns, so double-check spelling, please 😊
If there’s ever an issue with workmanship or damage in transit, we’ll fix it FAST.
🎁 Gifts, Wholesale & Bulk
Q: Can I send it as a gift?
Yes! We can add a handwritten card, just tick the 'this is a gift' box and enter your text for us to print.
Q: Do you do bulk orders for real estate agents or businesses?
We sure do, and we offer very generous bundle pricing. Chat to us and we’ll hook you up.
