Once your package is with the shipping agent, we are not responsible for delays (as much as we'd love to help out here!) and we can encourage you to reach out to the couriers if you require any tracking assistance - they're much quicker at helping than us doormat painters. We are not responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect addresses given or failed attempts to deliver.

All packages are posted as 'authority to leave'.

Manufactured off-site and shipped directly. Manufacture turn-around is approx 2 weeks + express shipping, 4-8 days. Select NYLON MATS ONLY during Shipping Checkout.
Physical address must be provided, no PO Boxes.
